Today in Dodgeville, the ADRC joined with local school districts from Iowa, Lafayette & Grant Counties in introducing students with disabilities to a variety of career options to pursue after high school. All students were able to go on three job shadows and also heard from representatives from House on the Rock, Southwest Technical College, and the ADRC and DVR about tips and resources for making plans for their future. The goal for the day is to help these students think about what would interest them and to maybe open up some conversations about things they may not have realized.
