UW Extension has a new program called “Planning AHEAD…for End-of-Life Decisions”. This 7-week series will provide information on Advance Directives, Handling Financial Changes, Estate Planning, Choices for End-of-Life Care, and Understanding Grief. The free program is designed for adults of any age and can be very useful if you are thinking about advance planning for yourself or if you are starting the conversation with aging parents or your own adult children. Participants will get a workbook to supplement the information.
We are offering two ways to participate in this series on Tuesdays from March 14 through April 25!
#1 – via Zoom from Noon-1pm – register @ http://go.wisc.edu/SOAHEAD
#2 – in-person at the Platteville Public Library from 6-7:30pm – register by calling Extension in Grant County – 608-723-2125 or emailing beverly.doll@wisc.edu
