We’re here to help older people and people with disabilities – along with their families and caregivers – find services and resources to keep them living well and independently.We help: Adults age 60 and older, Adults with physical or developmental disabilities
Our Mission
The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Southwest Wisconsin is dedicated to providing older adults and people with physical or developmental/intellectual disabilities with the resources needed to live with dignity and security, and achieve maximum independence and quality of life. The goal of the ADRC is to empower individuals to make informed choices and to streamline access to the appropriate services and supports.

The Iowa County Health and Wellness Expo is brought to you by the ADRC of Southwest Wisconsin and Upland Hills Health, along with the participation of over 25 vendors. A big thank you to Hidden Valley Community Church for the use of the beautiful facility.
What you can expect:
· Free medication take-back by the Iowa County Sheriff’s Office.
o No questions asked, bring any medications to be disposed of. Please take medications out of plastic containers and put into a plastic Ziplock baggie.
· Free brain wellness checks by the ADRC of Southwest Wisconsin Dementia Care Specialists.
o In addition, you can ask our Dementia Care Specialists any questions you may have about dementia, memory loss, or prevention.
· Free Bingo in Club 45 hosted by Nurse Practitioner, Megan Keesey, from Upland Hills Health.
o Join us from 9:30 AM-10:30 AM for your chance to win prizes!
· Boss Cow Coffee Truck and J&Js Curbside Grill will be in the parking lot. Boss Cow coffee and J&Js breakfast burritos available to purchase by any participant, vendor, or community member.
· The ADRC Senior Nutrition Program will be serving goulash, Caesar salad, garlic bread, fresh fruit, and Scotcharoo bars. Call 608-930-9835 to reserve your meal by Friday, September 12, 2025.
