Who We Are

We’re here to help older people and people with disabilities – along with their families and caregivers – find services and resources to keep them living well and independently.We help: Adults age 60 and older, Adults with physical or developmental disabilities

Our Mission

The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Southwest Wisconsin is dedicated to providing older adults and people with physical or developmental/intellectual disabilities with the resources needed to live with dignity and security, and achieve maximum independence and quality of life. The goal of the ADRC is to empower individuals to to make informed choices and to streamline access to the appropriate services and supports.

Boost Your Brain and Memory @ Montfort Community Building
Sep 23 @ 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm

This is a program that offers a unique approach to brain fitness. Led by trained instructors, each session includes informational video segments, followed by group discussion and activities. Call the ADRC for more information and to register.

ADRC of Southwest Wisconsin, Iowa County Board Meeting @ Health & Human Services Center

New Glarus-Monticello to Monroe Shuttle
Sep 25 @ 4:30 am – 8:00 am

Reservations are required and can be made by calling the ADRC at (608) 328-9499. Priority is given to older people and people with disabilities.  If space is available, we provide transportation to anyone of any age who requests a ride.  Reservations can be made at any time, but must be made at least one day prior to the trip.

These are open to any Green County resident with priority given to those age 55+ or disabled.  Please call the ADRC at 608-328-9499.

ADRC Taxi @ City of Dodgeville
Sep 25 @ 7:45 am – 3:30 pm

ADRC TAXI – The ADRC Taxi provides transportation to City of Dodgeville residents on Wednesdays and Fridays. The hours of operation for the ADRC Taxi are 7:45am – 3:30pm on Wednesdays and Fridays.  The taxi service is limited to stops within Dodgeville city limits plus Blain’s Farm & Fleet.  Fees are charged for this service.  Please call 608-553-0590 to organize your taxi service needs.
