Transportation

Transportation services are provided for elderly people and persons with disabilities living in Iowa County. The ADRC in Iowa County has the Care A Van bus service along with the Volunteer Driver Escort program available to help with transportation needs. An assessment over the phone will determine what transportation services are appropriate for you.

Care A Van bus services are available to assist with daily activities such as shopping, nutrition, business and personal needs. Just click the monthly link below to see a current listing of upcoming trips. Trips vary monthly and advanced reservations are suggested. A monetary donation is also suggested for all bus services.

Volunteer drivers, also known as Driver Escorts, are for non-emergency medical appointments only and are arranged through the ADRC on the availability of our volunteer drivers. You must make reservations in advance for the Driver Escort services through the ADRC office.
