Who We Are

We’re here to help older people and people with disabilities – along with their families and caregivers – find services and resources to keep them living well and independently. We help: Adults age 60 and older, Adults with physical or developmental disabilities.

Our Mission

The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Southwest Wisconsin is dedicated to providing older adults and people with physical or developmental/intellectual disabilities with the resources needed to live with dignity and security, and achieve maximum independence and quality of life. The goal of the ADRC is to empower individuals to to make informed choices and to streamline access to the appropriate services and supports.

New to Iowa County! The ADRC Rural Taxi is available to Iowa County Residents on Mondays and Tuesdays, 8:15 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. It will travel anywhere throughout Iowa County. Call 608-930-9835 to schedule a ride and receive more details. Price is determined by mileage.

ADRC TAXI – The ADRC Taxi provides transportation to City of Dodgeville residents on Wednesdays and Fridays. The hours of operation for the ADRC Taxi are 7:45am – 3:30pm on Wednesdays and Fridays.  The taxi service is limited to stops within Dodgeville city limits plus Blain’s Farm & Fleet.  Fees are charged for this service.  Please call 608-553-0590 to organize your taxi service needs.

ADRC Taxi – Mineral Point – The ADRC Taxi – Mineral Point provides transportation to City of Mineral Point residents on Thursdays. The hours of operation for the ADRC Taxi – Mineral Point are 8:30 am – 4:00 pm.  The taxi service is limited to stops within Mineral Point city limits.  Fees are charged for this service: $2 for first and last stop, and 0.50 for each additional stop. Please call 608-553-0590 to organize your taxi service needs.
