Preparing and protecting yourself, working to understand your loved one’s experience, and embracing help from others can help to enhance the joys of your caregiving experience. Contact the ADRC is you or someone you know could use a little extra help. Our support group meets monthly on the Third Tuesday from 10:30 to Noon at the Dodgeville Public Library.   • Talk through issues and ways of coping.
  • Share feelings, needs and concerns.
  • Learn about community resources.
