October 19, 2016 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Health and Human Services Center
303 W Chapel St
Dodgeville, WI 53533

The Workshop is 4 hours total (2 hours each day). The first session is October 12th and the second session is October 19th. Both sessions will be from 10-Noon.

How this workshop came to be:

This workshop is based on the experiences of Charlotte Fox of Flagstaff, Arizona as she dealt with the sudden death of her husband. Charlotte decided she wanted to help others become better prepared to face the tasks following the passing of a loved one. She developed a 250 page workbook—…And Then There Was One.  She researched the information available—and still updates it on a regular basis. In addition she developed the End of Life Preparedness Workshop offered  by Wisconsinite, Donna Hutter who originally took the workshop with Charlotte. Donna has presented this workshop many times.

Guest Speakers:  In addition to presenter, Donna Hutter, attendees hear from and ask questions of an attorney, tax and banking experts. One question from an attendee sparks another question and provides a platform for discussion.

There are a limited number of seats available. You must register for this workshop. Call (608) 930-9835.
